Bob is a nice person but I do think we were too lenient on him sometimes. The treatment of a troubled person needs to start with his/her parents. He wasn't given proper supervision and these parents should have sent moved him out somewhere to get it. My little sister was born with a rare genetic disorder as well, she was missing a part of her brain and was a month premature. For anyone who wants to defend CWC's "innocence," I challenge you to watch ALL of the vids he created that have been uploaded to YT over the last few years. My little sister was born with a rare genetic disorder as well, she was missing a part of her brain and was a month premature. I know people who had terrible parents.
I have a friend who has mild mental retardation and his parents were absolutley awful.
But he has a job and he is a wonderful person who is capable of taking care of himself.
Don't get me wrong. Chris's parents are NOT examples of good parents but they were not the sole factor in how Chris turned out.

Keep in mind, while your friend could handle that situation, others can't. Some could have killed themselves, while others could have turned out just like those parents. I remember an observation on that infamous video tour of the Chandler household that noted how his own room is in slightly better shape (though cluttered, everything seems clean and organized) compared to the rest of the house.
I think Chris grew up in an environment of metnal illness and emotional weakness, and that this lead perhaps to Chris being neglected during childhood, basically treated like one of the cats.

I agree with you, I just know this video has fallen on deaf ears. They will never see this video for one, and for two, even if they DID, they would rationalize their behavior in some ludicrous fashion. For proof, check out the video where The Game Place people call Chris's family (It's a prank but the premise remains the same) and explain to Chris's father that their son was trespassing AGAIN. Rather than focus on this issue, his father completely ignores it and turns it around on them.

This video has a lot of great points that certainly NEED to be brought to Chris' s parents. Not sure if it'd do much, considering they can't even take care of themselves(i.e. living in constant squalor and being constantly afraid of having their home condemned). That aside however, somebody who lives close to CWC or has their phone number needs to let his parents know how severe of a situation their kid is in. The dumbfuck is probably beyond saving by at least a decade, though.

The thing is Chris Chan is about 25.
I'm not even sure his parents can do much at this point. Back when he was 11 to 17 maybe, but right now it's pretty much up to professions to try sort this mess out.
I went to school with 3 asperges and they all stopped acting like Chris by the time they were 19. I'm no expert but I don't think it's savable.
