I remember Jon of the Pleased Wimmin playing a great set which included this track at the velvet underground way back in the awesome 1990's! the best years ever. Music, love, sweaty dance floors, smilie faces and large happy eyes. x
It is not Sam Fox - purrrleeaase. It's actually "My Loleatta" by Junior Vasquez. I can't find it on here - but you can hear the original sample on here (search for Ellis D - My Loleatta (Dish Apella))- the original sample was made by DJ Bruce Forest who gave a copy to Shepp Pettibone - who then gave to Vasquez... PLEASE - no more suggestions on what this is. THIS IS THE ANSWER!
The talking voice sample is from First Choice - you can search for them on discogs. So many tracks have sampled all First Choice songs, making it harder to figure out what this might be...
Did you find out?! Like you I've been wanting to know for YEARS. I used to go to the Velvet Underground on Tottenham Court Road and knew Jon. He gave me a tape years ago and I loved it - but we lost touch - I stopped going to the Velvet (l was in there a lot!) after getting a job...
Let's assume you've got the same set as me. Did you manage to identify the track before this - a slow, building but heavy instrumental? Miss the days!

If it,s ,Dont Stop, it's not the Sebastian Ingrosso Remix or the original mix. But it's sort of the same voice.
