Yeah they still make them. Just go to their website and look for your mini on the left handside of the page. They are way cheaper than other cat-back exhausts I've seen for the MINI.

It sound like you are running a header pipe without a catalytic converter.

Sounds like you take out the silencer and drill a few holes down the exhaust line...
