  • poor technique not full ROM if he went to a full flexion he would get more effective training and better flexablity but still impressive probly only a 120-130 proper technique lifter

  • Thats kinda like 9 reps. The 1st rep is always super hard but i count it cuz i dont need that much help on the 1st set, I lift 80's-100s but 150 is fcking crazy for your age and for anybody

  • easier on my shoulders. I stopped going past 90. Bottom point is very weak for your shoulders, rotator cuffs and all that

  • Coach, quick question. Seems he didn't care too much for the ROM. I prefer using the full range, but something tells me that's more of a BB'ers perspective. When training for strength, is that an issue?

  • He was getting to around 90 degrees in the elbow (or shoulder height) which is fine, any deeper and you're risking your shoulders. especially pushing 150's.

  • damn, and he even put his weights away nicely after that set! most people drop and throw the 70's when they're done!
