Hunting isn't terrible, you have to kill 7/10 of a population to keep it stable. If you let animals breed out of control you will see a rise in fatal car accidents involving wildlife. While hunting is not all sport as one minded people would like to say, I live in Maine and this is how people get food for the winter. It cuts down on food prices that many families may not have. @FlowingDepths There are hunters outside Fawn Lake. A bit of a hike behind me is privately owned lands, and I can hear hunters out there. I been hearing the guns blaring back there now for a few weeks. I also haven't seen the deer in this video in about a month now either. She usually comes right up to me for food.

i read about a deer like this in a gary paulsen book when i was younger.  it went up to a kid at a state park and his mom gave him some treats to feed it. she wanted to take a picture of him with it and told him to tease it a little bit to take a better picture, and the deer got mad and mauled him to death with its hooves. gotta be careful with wild animals.
