I bought Mitsubishi Outlander 2010 & am completely satisfied with the performance & features. Why to pay more money just because of Honda brand? Mitsubishi is also a good brand and in India, Mitsubishi Pajero has ruled once the segment of SUVs. If you are planning to buy Petrol SUV then go for Mitsubishi Outlander 2010 : Inderjeet Arora

I bought the Honda after test driving both cars, the Honda it was quicker (2.2Turbo Diesel), was more comfortable, had better visibility and felt better put together...Saying that the Mitsubishi is a prettier car....

Because I bought my last car with my heart, this time I used my head and went for the Honda!!!

This video did not mention that the Mitsubishi Outlander has Manual Shiftgate and CVT tranny. That means that if the Automatic transmission is not giving you enough, power you can just switch the shift stick into manual mode and downshift to any gear you want for more power!!!. I had the 2010 CR-V and I hated it's S-L-O-W acceleration!!! CR-V loves 6th gear! So I traded it Outlander. I'm in the USA by the way! I challenge any CR-V to a race. I will smoke you out!!!

I own both in 4WD version. CRV engine idles rough when a/c is "on", Honda service says its normal, Outlanders engine is very smooth. Most Honda sold in the US has 10% on less part made in Japan, Outlander in 100% Japanese made. that's why warranty is so short at 3yrs/36,000. that's rip-off. the engine block is the only Jap made part in my 2006 CRV built in UK sold in U.S. quite a downer.
