General Pepper was a real shithead in this game. I mean, for starters, how is a HANDHELD laser weapon supposed to "blow up" the planet any more easily than the weapons on the ARWING? (Plus, arming oneself before venturing into unknown and potentially hostile territory, or even at any moment, would be standard procedure for soldiers and mercenaries.)
