well we have 12 carter plunger style pumps on our plant biggest pain in my but. high maint. make to damn much noise and they are a eye sore if you dont clean on a regular basis like the one you have that is nasty grease every where come on now wipe it down or wash it. take some pride in your work.lead by example.
