  • yeah I know in this video my form sucked lol, i have tried to keep my elbows more still. keep in mind this was from 2007 i think; i gotta make some new videos lol

  • hey nice vid man, some constructive criticism would be to keep your elbows tucked into your sides. Only come up halfway as if you go any higher than that you lose the tension in your tris. If you cant hold this form then drop the weight down.

  • He's using a double pulley machine. Which means theres a pulley at the top (obviously) and a pulley also at the bottom. Try doing the same weight on a single pulley machine. BIG difference.

  • for one...that doesnt seem to be 110 pounds and 2 your form is all wrong, ur not suppose to throw ur weight into it by bringin it all the way up, go half way, make ur am make an L and then push down

  • 110lbs? Not bad..i work in kilos...did 4 sets of 8 today, (75, 80, 82.5, 85) which is about in pounds (165,176,182,187) 110 lb which is 50kg is really easy...that guys triceps are biggish too...it is that easy!!

  • I can do a 10 or 12 rep on 155 lbs and I usually say that I'm pretty weak in my triceps :D
