im thinking im gonna build another stroker with an m52 crank and eta rods with i pistons...yields 2.8 liters...since i have a spare block sitting around anyways

i swear its a love hate relationship

i have the same problem with my m20. when its cold it knocks real bad but within a few minutes once it warms up its completely gone.

piston slap because as it heats up, the pistons expand, and the sound goes away

if it were the rods, you wouldnt hear it when it warmed up and got hotter
