Nope, he put out a video answering all fans questions, and he said that spanish was his first language, but his parents never kept it on him, so he just learned english, although he does know a few words.

Well i think the lisp is kinda natural cuz his mother is honduran. He prolly speaks spanish a little to his mom. but idk lol
