  • why did the train at 6m07s go through a red light?

  • it didn't, the subsidiary signal was illuminated - this being the two white diagonal lights you can see next to the signal. the subsidiary signal tells the driver he can proceed past the signal only so far as the line is clear and that they must be ready to stop the train with 6ft of any obstruction.
