i listened by ear srry. but if you listen to the 12 girls band version you can kinda hear the notes that they're playin and then play them yourself. it's easy :) but if you want i can try to make the sheets for you

I didn't hear any vibrato.
Have you just began learning the violin? You seem to be playing rather high on the bow too.
