Is she even 25-years-old? And adults are supposed to be coached by a 20-something on how to live life fulfilled? Her brain hasn’t even finished developing yet. Another fad.
@scribescribbler I've met people in their 40s and 50s who still don't know what they want out of their lives - and on the flip side, met 20-somethings who are much more fulfilled, content, and "wise" about what's important in life. And of course there are all kinds of people in between. Just don't discount the message because of the messenger's age. "Life experience" (in years) doesn't always equate to wisdom and knowledge if that person hasn't truly lived. Just a thought!
This is a rehash of the same idealistic--quit your job and live your passion, twenty-something, think-differently-marketing-yaya-zeitgeist of our age. After this meme became popular, so many "inspireds" started blogging about this tired idealogy. You're a magician playing the same trick night after night. Let's get another 20-something naive-never-done-nothing to interview mature, successful people and profit off of their stories. Get real.
Your talk and the SkillShare video is fantastic. Thanks for that. So interesting that 17 million college degree earners still don't have jobs related to their degree. Yet, they may have outstanding debt related to obtaining their degree.
