wtf, is it just me or is society becoming more and more lazy, Instead of ACTUALLY going out interacting with your friends, do i virtually! "its the future!". I love kinect, but its technology is completly going to waste on wii rip offs and virtual interactions like this. I want games aimed at the audience that made the xbox what it is today, they wouldnt have been anywhere without their core audience.

@Ayzee001 Why is it that everyone assumes this is meant to be a social replacement? Personally I have friends who live in other states and in other countries and this would be an awesome way to communicate with them. The people who shelter themselves and use these things as a primary form of "social interaction" have issues, and they are not the majority. Most gamers have lives outside of gaming and technology. *GASP* ZOMG no way!!

@DaveFrehley Lmao, i guess your right, i did go a bit overboard with the comment. BUt i do feel that kinect is failing, they were mainly gearing games towards the casual gamer and family market and leaving those that made the xbox what it is today (the core audience) out. There are two games i'm realling looking forward to hoever, steel battalion and (if it is compatible with kinect , rumours going around) mgs rising. But in my opinion, there should be more core games.

i have to say though it's a lot better than people talking on facebook all day. sure on a summer day when you can have freinds over in real life thats what you should do. however this stuff is usefull for snowy or rainy days when you want to talk to your freinds but cant get out

sure this has some anti-social problems but it's not so bad with voice and facial expressions.

all in all it could be worse
