He changed because of the "Larceny Lotto" he was participating in with his old buddies from the Baltimore PD. It was a pooled collection of $200 per player (and I'm assuming there had to be about twenty players minimum so $4,000 was up for grabs to the winner). Since Tony won "Larceny Lotto," he chose not to keep the winnings and gave all $4,000 to the charity of his choice, which is the Urban Youth Group. And it's a fine organization.

Why is it every NCIS video I see there's always an argument between two people or more? I look at the comments to see what other people think of the video, not to find out how stupid or gay some other person is. You're probably never going to meet them anyways, so just leave it. That 's the meanest and stupidest BULLSHIT comment I have ever read about Michael's wife. She's a Canadian oncologist who has regularly worked with the United Nations on medical relief efforts all over the world. He said, "I found the supermodel doctor who likes to cook. I'm the luckiest guy in the world, right?"

Yes Michael and Cote adore each other and has chemistry, but that's not everything in a marriage. And Michael clearly did not make the decision to marry lightly, so one would think the fans should be happy that he's found a wife rather than being all cranky. It's rather disrespectful to Michael and to his family.
