Like when you bend one string on the guitar and you keep the 5th of that note with the pinky finger. Awesome :D

Yes F# is the standard highest pitch, but you will find an F will be more useful if you want to play along with other songs. For example you can play second position or blues harp in C on an F harp.

@basketcream34 Try one in the key of A. Good for playing blues in 2nd position when a band is playing in the key of E. You will notice it is a bit lower in pitch than your C.
