That part of Jones St is gnarly. I've bombed sections of it, including that top but with powerslides and stopped before the next hill. Not many people have the control to charge it like that. Sean Young is an aberration.

I remember my biggest hill bomb. It was when I was living in Boulder, CO. (Boulder has tons of hills. It starts at the intersection of Broadway and University, then continues down University if you're curious.) It was the middle of the night, and I just went for it, which is the only way to go for something like this. While skating is a challenge on so many levels, nothing is as intense as bombing a large hill. Just prepare to eat shit at some point...
