The badge would be on the lower grill, the brembo four pots would be in bright red (you can quite clearly see this has the standard cooper S calipers), the wheels would be the challenge ones. I could probably point out more if the video was clearer.....and that concludes how I can tell from a 20 second video.... any other questions?
stronger, more thermally stable cylinder head with beefed-up intake valves and valve seats. tougher, polished pistons and a lower compression ratio too: the intake pipe leading to the turbocharger has been enlarged and the turbo itself has new internals that can cope with the increase in boost pressure from 0.9 to 1.3bar.
Intake and exhaust manifolds have also been changed to improve airflow. Combined with a new exhaust system – complete with 85mm diameter stainless steel tailpipes
@andrewbuch86 the actual JCW has more bad ass shit. I have the 2007 S with a JCW, basically I just have some badges, nicer rims, a nicer exhaust and it's tuned to get more power.

I Own a JCW and that ain't one. Still a new car though. @TheLuckhands you're right. Also it has a Cooper S badge on the side with JCW's don't have.
