Make sure that the blade holders are parallel to each other. It is normal for a blade to veer off the line, especially to the right. Also recheck the tension, proper tension is a very crucial step in cutting straight.
My scroll saw blades mount with a pin. I believe that it's called a pin-end. I am having a difficult time finding a way to get the blade cutting edge aligned absolutely perpendicular to the front bed of the saw. (So that it cuts straight lines and does not veer off). Every time I un-tense the saw, it wobbles out of place, so I find that fine-tuning it is very difficult. Do you have any tips for me?
