And I have seen evidence of this on the news (sky news to be exact just as the unrest broke out last February-March). Why doesn't that make sense? It makes perfect sense. I'm inclined to believe this: (1) Libya doesn't have 1 ruler, it has several, of which Gaddafi isn't a ruler, but is seen by the west as a ruler, because he is the only one that stepped up to the UN plate.
