  • Crazy genius but a total money whore

  • @SadlifeProduction: Dali once made an anagram of his name:"Avida Dollars" or "Avid for dollars".

  • Wow, I never knew Dali was such a sell out....

  • bamf

  • I wonder how Dali would have handled a commercial for beer.

  • The Alka Seltzer one is awesome!!!!

  • His English had a pretty peculiar accent.

  • The second is great

  • I love dali, hes so awesome, i love his work.

  • Tremendos comerciales... Comerciales artisticos... hermosos.

  • The French Lanvin commercial is far better than the other ones. Sticks totally to Dali's extravagant personality. The Alka-Seltzer commercial is completely dumb with no originality. The last commercial is bland.

  • He had the hots for Hitler.

Not trolling. Just stating the facts.

  • @BishopHatto wouldn't surprise me. hitler was surrealisticly psycho

  • i like how the announcer hesitates at the end - -one of a kind, like . . . . eh . . . Dali.

  • lol i love his alka seltzer add wonderful!

  • "Salvador Dali explains Alka-Seltzer" - lol

LOOOL!xD y can Jaf dis Pill and fill mauch beter!

  • Dali was and will always be a God to all artist.

  • Haha, Dali could do anything for the fame and for the money!

  • Dali was da man , an absolute genius . The chocolate add is amazing hahahahahaa

  • im only 14 yearsold but, to enhance my won knowledge, can anyone tell me he was famous for? painter?

  • he was spanish ... catalan

  • Dali was actually Spanish, or more specifically, Catalonian.

  • Oh, I just read your answer @THEGHOSTUNDERTHEBED

You're right, but he was Spain (is this right? Spain? Or spanish?), well, catalan, from the north east of Spain near the french border. His village is named Cadaqúes ;)

  • LoL "French" hahah. You can check wikipedia before posting omething, ignorant

  • in a nutshell, very correct. just let me add that he was actually kicked out of the official surrealist movement by its figurehead, andre breton, because of the reasons you mention above.

  • Yea, painter, sculptor, movies, he did about everything artistic, but especially painting.

  • I'm 14 years old, too ;) But sorry for my English, I'm from Germany

He was a painter and more than that. He was a surrealist at first (surrealists paint their dreams and often use symbols, the style is bizarre). But he could do many things. He liked to treat people.

If you want to know more, just write ;)

  • da da damn that was cool.

  • near the start i thought his teeth fell out when he bit the chocolate!

  • i ♥ Dali!

  • LOL. I like the beginning when he eats that chocolate. His eyes roll to the back of his head, and the chocolate sounds super mushy... like babyfood

  • He probably had bad teeth so the chocolate was causing him immense pain. or soreness.

  • I think Dali is the best person of the XX century. Dali for President!

  • @Alviasull He's dead.

  • Oh shit, this is awesome

  • he´s was the best!! thats all i can say

  • mcwinker: Did he ever do anything else?

  • I want lavin.

  • that is the most appetizing chocolate commercial ever created

  • lol noob.

  • is that really dali? funny commercials

  • Great Dali's Shiza:D

  • strange guy, great artist.

  • gooey transparency,suspended elation,rich abrasiveness,and satifaction overdose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • im gonna buy all that god dammit!!

  • so THATS what "Avida Dollars" means...

  • Avida Dollars was a critic to Dali's shameless self-promotion.

  • I can't believe this guy never did drugs.

  • well he said once...I dont do drugs...I am Drugs...lol

  • Lanvin chocolate must be hard as a rock.

  • Do you understand the definition of that word?

  • maybe ¬¬ ...

  • CodyRicheson: Everyone knows the meaning of that word, and it is all perfectly true. Dali was a fascist, he supported Franco. The tragedy of the Spanish Civil war was that the Communists and the Anarchists were too busy fighting each other to get rid of Franco.

  • I haven't read enough of him, but I think he was the major troll that ever existed, he troll'd everyone. He saw what could happen if he said anything bad about the dictator and said completely the opposite. That's my theory, of course.

  • Thank god he was anti-communist.

  • - How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

    - To get to the other side. :-DD

  • Hahahahah Awesome XD

  • lol

  • Dali = Genius from the 20th century.

  • :-D thanks

  • I want a stash like his

  • his beard is a legend !!!

  • you mean his moustache?

  • no he means his bald beard :)

  • His rear beard you mean...

  • maybe ¬¬ ....

  • Jeeze he's a noisy eater. I'd hate to eat with him in a silent room.

  • That was supposed to be that way. :D

    But it's still ūber awesome

  • lol

  • i like the noise he makes when he bites the chocolate i dont even know why lmao!!!

  • AHAHAHHAHAHHHAAA

  • After Jesus Christ, he's who I aspire to be. It doesn't get any more radical.

  • is that really dali? funny commercials

  • Chockolala

  • I remember a Braniff International commercial with Dali in the 60's.

  • So cool!!

    Wondeful!

  • man in the high castle with a pointy moustache

  • i wonder if artists today would feel the same way about pitching stuff.

  • Well Dali was a man of himself...

  • iconic mustach

  • yummuy

  • Genial, como todo lo que hacía.

  • perfección
