The site in this video is an old Atlas Missile site. I wouldn't mind owning a Titan-1 Missile site if I had the money. And I would add above ground structures as well. The major draw back to these sites is the cost of cleanup (especially the Titan-1 sites), cost of restoration (fixing blast\launch doors and etc), and the cost of modifications (transforming square footage into living space).

@Joel0277 It would be just like being in your house with the shades drawn is all, you can go outside for sunlight whenever you like. That's another benefit, you have all of the above ground area as essentially an open field, convert it into a forested area if you like, you don't have to put any structures on top. Also, the big door is not the primary exit, that's where the missile would be fired from. There's a main exit like a normal door, as well as an escape hatch.
