@PinkCowgirl925 ...I used normal clear tape and my friends used eyelash glue and pasted it on their foreheads..it was hard of them to take it out, so I would recommend the tape

@DanceLoveLily...I was going to use sheet metal but found the gold paper at Hobby Lobby for like two dollars and it is easier to cut than sheet metal. Good luck!

--hello! The other girl in this video was actually the one who made the collar. She's gonna make a video on it one of these days. I'll send you the link whenever it's up. I just know she used the same fabric for the skirts as for the collar, and we used white ribbon for the border.
