Today we will find out if a pig thug got away with murdering Billy Panas, Jr. in cold blood. The only reason that his murderer, Sgt. Frank Tepper, was arrested in the first place is because there were too many witnesses for pig bullies to intimidate into silence. This robber did not drop the knife as fast as he should have, so the cop would have been justified had he fatally shot him. Also, "police procedures" are not the same as laws. Whoopee, a Philadelphia cop actually did the job which he is PAID to do. He was never even in any real danger, as the suspect did not even have a weapon. Please show videos of this pig planting evidence on, committing aggravated perjury against, torturing, and otherwise victimizing the taxpayers who pay his salary. Unfortunately, over 99.999999999% of police crimes are not captured on video. Philadelphia cops are sanctimonious cowards who never admit to their felonies unless they are caught.
