@kosteczka6666 YOU MUST STOP! Look at my video Yoga Face LIft 3 - for jaw, tmj etc. I think doing the exercises i suggest will release the tension that leads to the gum chewing. It really has so many bad health problems. Also, when you eat, chew your food very well, 30 times per bite. GIve up gum, I know you can do it!! let me know if you start the exercises and how it goes...best, your friend in health, Kiki
I just found you on youtube a few days ago and wow. You are amazing! I know what you do works because when i read you have 30 yrs. experience i thought how is that possible. You look 30 -35. Beautiful!
@MsBuggywuggy thank you! you are very sweet...and so glad you found my channel. I do hope you'll try some of these things out so you can stay healthy and have good confidence...best, Kiki and let me know any changes you see from trying...
@pippitail You can get water filters for your shower and for your kitchen sink. If you live in a house, you can put a system on the main water tank, so all your water is filtered. It will make a huge difference. Even Home Depot sells systems like this. Your health and beauty are worth the expense...let me know if you do...best, Kiki
thanks for the reminder to drink plenty of CLEAN filtered water, nothing better for skin than to keep whole body hydrated but it's one of those things most of us don't do every day...also appreciate the comment about NOT drinking bottled water since it's an environmental nightmare plus the plastic has many harmful chemicals, if people really KNEW how bad this was maybe they'd stop buying those cases of bottled water I see them carting away from the grocery store! namaste
@oneirishpoet once again, thank you for your support and feedback. I know, people are breaking their backs buying water, paying lots of money for a natural resource which is essentially flowing in our homes where we already pay for it . Why pay twice and for inferior quality? Absolute madness... best to you, Kiki
i am a guy and spent a lot of time in chlorine poosl and my skin is pretty dry and lost a lot of elasticity. whenever i shave it it s pretty irrated and makes it worse. i only wash my face with lukewarm water, do i need cleanser?
i use coconut oil which works great for the body but not so good for the face...
@peugeotarto shaving is very drying. Not sure what your "style" is but it is actually better for the skin to re- over-drying and aging, that rather than shave, use a beard trimmer and trim to the shortest facial scruff. If you need to be clean shaven, then use an organic all natural shaving cream from a health food store. And be sure to use the pre-steps to open pores with a hot cloth etc. Moisturize with pure cocoa butter or pure shea butter. Also eat good oils, Omegas etc will moisturize.
Making love to you must be a life altering experience. I hope this isn't construed as bad comment, it's not intended to be. Peace
