Art can be a little pompous at times... I could paint a grey smear on the wall, in total it will take me 2 seconds to pain the smear. I would then stand back and say "There! That is emotion!" Hey, absolutely fascinating implementation of 3D visualization. As an abstract, it's intriguing in and of itself. I have to agree that it would be very engaging to find out what words were correlated with which movements of your object, how you measure intensity, and why you chose your initial inverted pyramid (heart?) as the baseline. What emotions are opposites, or does such a concept exist in your viz?

Well, I think, it depicts very eloquently our emocional reaction to circumstances, witch make it a machine that depicts human emotion, so it's the mimesis of a man and in some sense a man itself. So from what I've read, it seems that the object is being pulled in a general direction and the amount it is pulled shows the basic emotion being expressed, and how strongly it is shown on the blog site. I believe Plutchick's thoery was settled around the idea that all emotions are based from basic emotions. It is their ability to blend, if you will, that allows the emotions to branch off. It seems like a remarkable idea if you think about it. A way to rate emotions!!!
