I used an online translator to find out that this comment says in English, "Sounds unfortunately very chopped off... Bells are simply no solo instrument."
You were extremely fluid, very smooth, performing a complex piece by yourself. So you grabbed a wrong bell? What matters is that you didn't let it faze you and you kept on going! Bravo!
Thank you. I always tell my bell choirs (and myself) that if they don't react to a missed note that most people will never know. It's actually rare that I do a performance that doesn't have some small mishap in it, but I try to keep an "I meant to do that" look and usually no one can tell or they're nice enough to quickly forget it.
Alas, no, I'm not up to your skill level; I'm merely a long-time ringer [White Chapels] in my church's bell choir...although I DO have the ability--once I've learned my part--to pick up extra bells here and there to help out other ringers who might not be able to handle them at certain points in the piece.
I recognized the tonal quality of your set...Malmarks have a unique sound.
Perdón señor ignorante, las campanas de bronce o más conocidas como "handbells" son un instrumento musical, para apreciar habilidades, disciplina y belleza artística, como todo instrumento musical. Si en los circos hay instrumentos musicales, eso es otra cosa...
They lag for obvious reasons. The delay on the bell is after the sound is hit. Then again, during Baroque it was common to "lag". See some harpsichord compositions for that. :)
At first I tought it was just a joke when he rang the first note on his bell... I was completely stunned when he acually started grabbing the other bells and played the entire song!
oh man, I want to do this piece sooo badly :D

I find this to be a lovely performance. One of my favorite pieces of music, done in a very delicate manner!
Leaves me with a smile on my face!!!!!!!!!

That's OK. We just have different opinions about what can or can't be a solo instrument. Still, all comments are welcome.

Klingt leider sehr abgehackt... Glocken sind einfach kein Soloinstrument.

Yes, these are Malmarks? Are you a soloist, too?

But the bells sounding is cool. tol' useless and stupid to use them like that. But nice sounding :)

Perhaps I'm just not familiar with the piece, but the bells seem to lag behind the organ.

Thanks. Didn't note the mistake on the first listen, but those are usually more glaring to the performer than to those listening.

That's pretty cool. I've usually seen this stuff done with 8-10 people playing the bells. It's amazing to see someone do it all alone.
