Nocturnal talks to you and you get to pick a nightingale agent, stealth (almost completely invisible), make anyone fight for you for a little bit, or do a lot of damage and absorb damage. Woops... I forgot to say spoiler ;)

I used no healing potions with the Guardians and I'm only level 31. I found dual wielding the Nightingale Blade (absorbs 15 points of health and stamina from target) and the Elven Sword of the Blaze (burns target for 25 damage) is an extremely effective combo against them.

They are easy enough to kill at level 30 so long as you have some good healing perks or some healing potions/food:P

When you reach level 19 you can kill the gardians on the first test all they leave are elven arrows

Its not that you touched the light on the first part of the second puzzle its a glitch within the challenge, no matter what part of that first bit you go in it seems to harm you a tiny bit, i dunno if its a full on glitch/bug or to warn you that seeing that means your taking damage?

I easily killed the sentinels. I am level 25 using Honed Ancient Nord Sword of Ice and Chillrend (Glass sword 15 points of frost damage with chance to paralyse).

@TacticalSniipz If your on PS3 or Xbox 360, all you need to do is go to the right of the door and it will be glitched. You will be able to see through the other side of the wall. Go to the edge and use your Whirlwind Sprint shout and you should end up on the other side of the wall and be able to complete the quest. Make sure you save your game first because if you miss the jump, you will fall to your death.

Just keep talking to him, it takes a while for him to tell you the whole story, don't walk away till he tells you that you have to go alone, then your quest will be updated on the screen and the door will open behind him. Let me know if it works

If you don't want to risk getting cut in the gauntlet, there's another door to the left. It's master rank, but since you're going to put the skeleton key back, you can pick it. It leads to another room with, guess what; more sentinels. Just in case you want more combat experience. :3

They said something about Nocturna being 'Lady Luck'. And that thief's luck is gone. You have no idea how many (deadly) traps I've avoided by sheer luck. Ridiculous amount to be sure. There have been times that 90% pickpocket failed; but it wasn't guaranteed in the first place.

Hey guys i just found a solution to the door closed, in my game when i go around the door i can see like the bottom of the cave and i see the path behind the door obviusly this is another error of the game but just walk as close as you can to the edge an then jump to the other side your gonna get to the other side but the the door is going to maintain shut.

@seanjohn1927 Maybe they're not the toughest enemies, but they do have a strong attack. killed me a few times, Usually you can fight enemies head on, but these guys required a little more, think that's why he said it. Thx for the vid @NimsGaming

u can fight the Gaurdians just use the "dwarven Sword of Devouring" it steals there health and gives it to u and i have the full dwarven armor and weapons lol :D i didnt die and btw this helped
