There is only one tragic thing about this song; it's the song of the first boss.

If this, extended, was the song that played during the dark world Dr. Fetus end boss level then it would fit I'd say.

Because you beat the first boss so fast and can't enjoy the song during the game that much sadly...

Even government files are on places like Wiki-leakz and 16 year old kids have and are able to hack secure organisations/organisations including the government.
