  • I am 11 and play the snare drum and will soon be going into a pipe band but you don't know how long it took me to find this song on the bagpipes by itself for practising the 4/4 march!

  • scotja2 my wife did the same thing. we used this song instead of the normal here comes the bride song. we had st andrews pipes and drums from the tampa area play it (off of their cd :) )

  • bump dadada da bump dadada da easy as hell song to play on pipes and drums but to make it sound good is a challange bass drummer for 4 years piper for 8 months

  • This is originally a German Hymn. Taken over by the Scots with pride. Yvonne

  • Absolutely fantastic. Brilliantly played young fella.

  • who farted?

  • Wedding March for myself and my hubby.....

  • this must be common in australia: "hey look, a bagpiper beside the lane, there" =D

i wanted to learn the bagpipes, but i felt too uncomfortable with the blowpipe jammed in my mouth all day XD wonder if dr. freud was a musician? =D

  • I had this played at my wedding. My bride walk down the aisle to this beautiful song..

  • This is awesome! Did you get this music from somewhere or did you make it yourself?

I would love to use it in my wedding.

  • Its actually a common peice. Just played it tonight at a concert for the Milwaukee School of Pipes and Drums.

  • @Crimsonkiss222 the song is called highland cathedral is was composed by two Austrian/German( i forget which) men for a bagpipe competition

  • @Crimsonkiss222 your a dumb ass you play the pipes but you dont know highland cathedral he did not make it

  • @winwc2008 I NEVER said I played the pipes prick, I was asking a perfectly legitimate question. Don’t you have anything better to do then spam questions with your garbage?

  • @Crimsonkiss222 yes if you want the pipes then learn theme

  • @winwc2008 you’re a doorknob with poor class, I don’t have to learn pipes to appreciate them, and I did walk down the aisle at my wedding to this song played by this gentleman (sorry I just copied it straight from youtube) I appreciate that he can play it even if I couldn’t. So frick off and find something meaningful to do with yourself because your rude comments are neither wanted nor appreciated.
