Ableton Tutorial: Dummy Clips in Your Live set to Trigger Quantized Effects

This is a great video!!! just what i needed.

I have one question, if i only want to use a couple of effects (beat repeat & auto filter) for my whole dj set, do you know of a way i can just use those 2 effects on all my tracks, and not put those 2 effetcs on each track, ending up with 8 to 10 of the same effects, if that makes sense! :) id love to know your thoughts, thanks, Leigh.

@JoshuaCasper22 - yeah, i have the novation launchpad, on the user 2 setting, i have the top row set to beat repeats, and the second row i have the filter, but these are just controlling track 1. I could just copy the effects down rows 3 to 8, and assign like i have done track 1, but it seems messy to me, there must be an easier way, and it would help reduce CPU usage. Im still pretty new to ableton so i have no idea about routing yet. Thanks, Leigh.

This is fantastic. Thanks so much. Question, i notice when i launch the dummy clip is turns off, not a big deal, but a little annoying when i am performing with my APC40.. Any ideas?

Good stuff. Alot of people get lost when I show them about routing. Way to maximize it.
