I see the point that you Japanese took close look at Dok-do island.
And unlike Japanese who had to rely on fishing, our ancestor in Ulleung-do could have farmed that the island was not thoroughly examined and explored.
So there might be misrepresentation from Joseon Dynasty maps.
However I have to point that those maps alone do not confirm that Dok-do is Japanese Island.
It is possible that the maps is drawn just for their ease of fishing illegally near the island.

IMO, Usando depicted in each old Korean maps is the same as Ulleungdo or a part of Ulleundgo. The reason for this is that seeing Ulleungdo from Korean peninsula, Ulleungdo seems comprised of several islands. I think that's the reason why the positino of Usando varies on each old Kroean maps but still sit near Ulleungdo, and that the sizes are as big as Ulleungdo.

Takeshima had been long called as "Matsushima(Pine Island)", though there were no pine tree on the island, for almost 300 years until the end of Edo. Nobody argues this even Korean.It only means "lucky island" or something like that. "(子曰)、歳寒、然後知松柏之後凋也"（"論語" 子罕第九）
It means this tiny island were very precious for Japanese in Edo era. The fishermen from Yonago exceptionally allowed to travel and catch avalones by Shogunate in 1600s. It was priviledge for them. Even Tottori Clan had no authority on the island.

Korean started to write it as "独島", which means "Lonely Island" or "Sole Island", in 1904 when they were hired by Japanese fishermen. The Allies determined that Takeshima should remain as a Japanese island by removing it from the list of islands Japan should renounce in the San Francisco Peace Treaty, which was signed in Sep 1951.
South Korea protested against the U.S. about this determination two months prior to the conclusion of the treaty, but the objection was rejected. South Korea ignored this international determination and started occupying the island illegally from 1952.

I am a Korean, but I am not an anti-Japan. I am not saying
that Japan is stupid or something. I do acknowledge that
Japan is one of the well-developed country in the world. Well,
actually, I like Japanese people. The kindness of your people
when I was in Japan for about 2 weeks, they were so nice. But I

There are plenty of evidences except for the maps in Korea. I
know that there ARE the evidences that Japan as well.
But this video... does not work. This video CANNOT PROVE
that dokdo- or takeshima- is a Japanese territory.

The color issue is also shown up on the map of 2:27. In that
map, Oki island is colored in light yellow. BUT dokdo and
Ullengdo is NOT colored at all; maybe because it is NOT the
part of Japan? Just geussing. I do know that Japanese are
really sophisticated and detailed. Thus, it is hard for me to
think that the map makers have missed that little coloring
by mistake. It was THE OFFICIAL MAP of the Japan, wasn't it?

And I'd like to thank you for actually including the map that
shows on 2:16! If I am right, that is the map that the
Japanese people had been using as an official map for a while,
isn't it? Do you see that there is the color difference in
dokdo's- or takeshima's- and the oki's? Unless am I a
colorblind, I can see that dokdo's color is much more likely to
the color of Ullengdo. (And Ullengdo is clearly enough, a
Korean territory.)

Let's take another turn. Looking at the map that is shown
on 2:04 or 2:07, maybe you are indicating that dokdo- or
takeshima- is painted in red: the same color with Japan; but
then what about Ullengdo in that map? It is also painted in
red. Wierd, isn't it? But I do not think you are daring to say
that it is the Japanese territory as well. So the conclusion
from this : that map is not that reliable.

The first seven maps DO NOT show that dokdo-
or takeshima - is Japanese territory. They do have that island
on it, but there are no specific evidence for "IT IS JAPANESE
TERRITORY." Only thing that we can derive from those maps
are that "OH LOOK! THERE IS A ISLAND NOW CALLED DOKDO- OR
TAKESHIMA- ON THE ANCIENT MAPS OF JAPAN! WOW! HOW
SOPHISTICATED THEY ARE!"

However, Liancourt Rocks was shown in satellite photo is about ninety-two kilometers southeast of Ulleungdo and is essentially two islands, but all of Korea's old maps, which they want to use as conclusive evidence, show Usando as one island just off shore of Ulleungdo. What Korean government said is far-fetched interpretation. Therefore, Korean’s claim is an absurd story.
