Hello everyone. I am hoping you could help me here, please. Apparently I'm remembering places I've honestly never been at. When I see green hills, it is as if I've been there sometime, and I really try to remember when or where but I honestly can't. A particular noise during a song makes my memory think "Hey, you once heard this" but I've never heard or been to those places before, don't even live near them. I also had once a flash-memory where I see a gun aiming at my head, then it fires.
I saw my past lives, not just one, and it's actually quite scary... I mean you LIVED..before... And you died and you're here again. I even went close to the place where I've had an experience in my past life and I couldn't be there because I got flashbacks and was exteremely scared. Anyways I really believe in this. I even found some stuff that was mine before and it's all really emotional. death is a really sad thing when you are dying actually.
thanks for the help! I have this really strong connection with winter. Usually around this time, I'll get really poetic, romantic, and even fall in love! I feel like im searching for someone I've known for a long time now, but have never really met. A week or so after, I'll get depressed because I miss that person. Hard to describe, and a bit embarassed to even write this, so I'll see what I can do :)
I have memories but I know for a fact they have never happened to me. For example, I had to write about a time I was frightened ant I remebered being very young and getting lost in the woods. I was gone for two hours and I fell asleep onlly to wake up and see my parents standing over me. I couldn't remember what they looked like. I've also have various dreams about the woods and forests. I also started crying when I was at someones house and I smelt bread baking, I suddenly got nostalgic.
It's pointless to believe in reincarnation, as it would happen regardless of belief. We should be fearing hell and loving one another instead, it would have been better for all of us... unfortunately only the christian core truths are correct, the other 95% of the religion is satans kingdom. Early Christians were just Jews who accepted Christ, not the lawless harlot of today based on false apostle paul.
@Phaedron777 that doesn't make sense. if u believe in the eternal spirit.. and the bible claims either eternal hell or heaven.. so eternal either way.. then if all christians were saved 2000 years ago what r u still doing on planet earth? why would u risk coming to earth with the risk of failing and going to hell for your mistakes? most ppl that see spirits report they act like they r not conscious of their environment as they walk through walls or act out dramas. some r monks and such so...?

Sometimes i dream that i'm in World War 2.. A dream that keeps coming back to me always involves me being in Lithuania.. First time this happened somebody said a word to me that i'd never even heard of before.. Turns out it was Lithuanian for 6 weeks. Do you know that if anyone could collect the blood came out from your veins, every time you had to die slaughtered in your past lives, will be more than the ocean ? i tried this a few years back, but it showed me a 2 past lives of mine id rather not see, and now im being haunted by one of them the moment i go near the ocean. one is me having a crap life, being forced to fight and in the end getting shot. but the one that bothers me the most is the vision and exact same feeling of me drowning on the titanic, ive seen the exact same door (seen on pictures of the original) every time. because of this memorie, no one will get me on a boat anymore.

that's totally impossible. all of this is in your head maybe, but it doesn't happen for real. Where in our brain would these memories be stocked?? And by what magical potions or spell would we be able to stock hundreds of life's memories in our brain? I wonder what you people think of all this and do you really believe it or are you kinda scared so you start to believe that you believe it.
@jwul28 Maybe. But how do you explain all the kids who can describe places they've been before, and people, and facts in great detail? I dunno if it's true or not, but there's just so much we don't understand about the universe that there's no real reason to rule it out, I like to keep an open mind. SO much more would get done and be discovered if more people weren't so quick to rule out these possibilities. Plus, it would be totally awesome :).

@jwul28 Probably alot of these cases of kids and stuff could be well explained by psychological conditionings, or other well known scientific facts. It could be the parents that are over-interpreting their children's unusual habits, could be because of a disorder in the children's mind, etc etc. But people that believes in things like supernaturalism never look enough.

@jwul28 I don't think we should just explore one answer. I think we should explore all possibilities. That's how we'll find out the most about our world. It really does no good to block out every possibility but one.
@jwul28 the brain processes 40 billion peaces of information a second... you only aware of 2 thousand so by comparison ..a few flashes of another life is pretty insubstantial. think if u may about one who plays a musical instrument, and how they can recall something they played ten years before without remembering it and trying to figure it out..it just shows up at there fingertips, where was that at that howl time?
I too have some vivid past life memories. Some I've always had, especially about my last life. Others have been made known to me in the last few weeks.
It is really irresponsible to post this without warning people what they might see! The past life is no joke. Most of it is war, pain and suffering and the emotions that go with it are real. People shouldn't do this without a therapist.
@pinklove921 Let your mind chatter if it wants to. Just keep bringing your attention back to whatever it is you want to focus on. The best way to actually stop thoughts is to watch them without judging them, following them, or identifying with them. Eventually, they'll slow down and become fewer and farther between. Thoughts have only as much importance as you give them anyway. Be an open space in which thoughts can come and go, just don't invite any to stay.

It is very possible that 'hypnosis' is nothing but allowing a jinn to have some contol over what you say. meaning its not past memories or the likes, but a Jinn speaking
@dekerranda actually the bible used to speak of reincarnation. That information was taken from the bible by Constantino who thought the people would lose fear of death thus making then hard to control. "if you do this or that you'll go to hell and suffer eternally!!" Just trying to say that one of the reasons the bible isn't always right and doesn't always make sense is because it has been rewritten a few times by some people to serve a few men's interests.
@Kraazy4anime I was raised Catholic. But my view on the bible is it was written in mans own ego not personally by God but interpreted by man the way he wanted to. Anyways, I do believe strongly in past lifes & reincarnation.
I am sorry but some of the earlier comments I have read are disturbing, most epecially those indicating that reincarnation as an animal or lower life form is possible (which I find completely counterintuitive to any reality of soul "progression/ ascension/ evolution" and in fact indicative of possible devolution. Also, the notion that multiple individuals (up to how many?) can share one soul. The notion of the "self" in even an immaterial sense becomes invalid. Can someone please clarify?
@direfranchement But animals are souls also...'not a sparrow who falls to the ground is forgotten by God'. Thats why its so HORRIBLE with animal experiments. God (=love) doesn't love that...most animals are protected by suffering in nature but man has made them suffer more...we can only send love though...nothing else to do...connect to animals and you will see how they will love you.

@Cheerios11992 Yeah, confabulating memories from scratch like they are artifacts of a real past life sure can seem convincing. There is no credible evidence that such 'past life' memories actually have anything to do with a past life, nor is there any clear evidence that so-called 'reincarnation' occurs at all.
@cunnidvd The best evidence that I have seen for reincarnation is in the anecdotes of memories of past lives, dreams, (hallucinatios) etc.
All of which is very WEAK evidence at best for the brain can be fallable at many times. I have never seen any documented case of a 'soul' parting from a body then inhabiting a different body... no evidence at all for that kind of bizarre phenomenon... x.x

I have main beliefs that I think are correct, but I've done enough critical thinking to understand we don't really know anything, and do not possess the instruments to measure many things we are not aware of. Therefore reincarnation is a possibility with a lot backing it up (i've done research on evidence) but once again, we don't know anything. (:

@dorothyblueeyes I recomend you "20 cases suggestive of reincarnation" by Dr. Ian Stevenson. It's a book in which Dr. Stevenson investigates children who remember their past lives. Some of them who have been born in this live ill, or who have a bad life, it's because they have been bad in their previous life (for exemple, a child has been born with an deformed hand and he claims that in his past life he had murdered his wife with that hand.)

The bible says there is no reincarnation, so what is truth, the bible has always been right. Could it be that in the beginning there was only one eternal life for each, but that for thousands of years now the "Dark Masters" have been running a reincarnation program in where you take all of your experiences back to your soul parent and then are stripped of your indivuality forever, as they appear to you in whatever form you like, i.e. Jesus, Budha?
I have many waking memories of a past life in the holocaust. It started as nightmares, and began to happen while I was awake. I would see like a flash of a picture or quick video in my head out of nowhere. I guess if I was reminded of something. I'm learning more and more depressing details of that life, over the course of this life. I'm currently writing a novel based on that past life. I'm going to Poland in 2 weeks, to the exact spot I believe I died. It will be very emotional.

the whole sit there and visualise what u were in a past life i dont bellive works if you sit there long enough and will your body to come up with a vision of what u were or wanted to be in a past life, it will work your subconscious will come up with something to allow you to achieve your task even if i has to make it up. i believe everything and everyone was raw matter floating is space before a greater force gave it a purpose and life followed short after.

I'm very leary of invoking guides or "my guardian spirits", due to the fact I'm not that advanced in the outer realms of the 3D field to use good discernment at the moment.

@PSUBOUNDLESS things and issues in common with each other. there are people above and below anyone, this world is full of tests and challenges. Look at your own birth family to be really sure of where you stand. Those issues between siblings always relate to things you need to be working on. In my past life I was a bible thumper and my whole family annoys me with the thumping no matter what, they thump and thump and thump and I have to put up with it and I'm plowing through loving them anyway.
@EmoStyleMystyle What happens when someone is in a crowded place with thousands of other people. If their spirit guide is with them, then everyone else's spirit guide is with them, too. So there are thousands of spirit guides there. How do they get on? Do they chat to each other or ignore each other or what? Also, it's an uncomforting thought that some Peeping Tom spirit guide whom you don't know may be watching you during your most intimate moments when you believe you are completely alone.
@EmoStyleMystyle You'll have to ask someone who knows more than I do about what a spirit guide is. But yes, I suppose you could say that they are like a spirit or ghost, the exception being that, unlike a ghost, they never materialise (at least not to me), even if you ask them to. As for who you were in your past life, well a good way of thinking about it as that you were the same person you are now, but with a different appearence; name and living in entirely different circumstances.

The two lessons I've learned are ONE: It hurts to love and not to be loved in return and TWO: To trust absolutely no one one but myself. I can be trusted. God can't be trusted; angels can't be trusted; spirit guides can't be trusted. I'm the one one whom I can trust. Having learned these important lessons, will somebody please tell me what the hell I'm still doing here in this stinking world?
Well i'm sorry you feel like this.. you are clearly still in state of separation, once you have healed yourself and beliefs around trust, u will be united with God again..
if u begin to trust yourself, you will gain trust in others and more importantly in God...u r worthy of that.
i'm sure you will be in a more appreciative state of mind.. also if u give gratitude for what u do have, rather than what you dont, u will be gifted with more positive experiences.. instead of creating more 'lack'.
@SovereignBeing Yes, I will accept the "state of separation" bit. Any trust I once had in anyone but myself has long since been destroyed by my experiences in this life. It's something that will be almost impossible to bring back. Yes, I am grateful for the material things I have in life, but there is no substitute for the companionship; friendship & love of another human being that for some reason, I am not allowed to have in my life this time around and therefore, must learn how to be alone.

Hi from Spain. I've been always quite concerned about dying, I've never been able to accept that once you die, lights just turn off. This thought has always scared me to death, then I read Brian Weiss' first book, a long time ago, and It gave me another vision and many years later I discovered that he wrote a few more. I read them and I finally got really interested and attracted in the fact that there's much more after this time we are actually living, and I accepted that maybe...
The problem with all this is that it is all a matter of personal belief and opinion. There is no proof that any of it is true. How, for instance, can you prove to someone that they have a spirit guide when all that person's attempts to contact their spirit guide has ended in failure? Regarding reincarnation, there are remarkable examples in the accounts of Cameron Macauley and Jenny Cockell that prove reincarnation happened for them, but it doesn't mean it happens for everybody.
Regarding guides. When I was 6 years old in 1953, I was hit by a speeding car while crossing the road. The impact knocked me several feet into the air and I landed with a thud in the middle of the road. People rushed to me expecting me to be dead. But remarkably, I wasn't injured in any way, just in shock. "A miracle!", they said. "Someone must have been watching over you that day." My spirit guide making sure I didn't go just yet...or just pure good fortune? We'll probably never know.
No this is not correct. Your soul can still continue along it's evolutionary line & incarnate again but certain lessons are learnt first regarding the lifetime in which you committed suicide. One interesting point regarding suicide is that nothing is ended except the life of the physical body. All emotions, pain, memories etc carry on.
I could never get the hang of meditation...well, not everyone can. And as for asking my guides to show me a vision of a past life, that's not possible, as I have no guides. Not everybody does have one. That's why there there are such things as earthbound spirits (ghosts, for want of a better word), because when the person dies, there's no spirit guide there to help them into the light. I've always felt completely alone and I'm sure I'd sense it if I did have a guide.
Although I am nearly 63, I have always felt that I was no older than about 12 years and someone who claims to far know more about reincarnation than I do told me this is because in all my previous lives (none of which I can remember), I had died as a child, somewhere between the ages of seven and twelve years and that this is the first life I've had where I've grown physically to adulthood and this is the reason I've had so much trouble adjusting to this new state of being I find myself in.
Everyone has guide(s). It doesn't matter how alone we feel, they are there and they don't get tired or take breaks. It would be impossible to come to earth without them. When people die and are too attached to earth, their guide is right there but they are too caught up in their illusions to see them. Read Paul Elder's book; Eyes of an Angel.
@jarkody If everyone has a guide, that means that even Hitler had a guide and, if so, his guide couldn't guide him to do anything right. All Hitler's actions were negative and he did a lot of damage to millions. So either he had a guide who was useless, or he didn't have a guide at all. Well, I don't have a guide, either. But at least I've not harmed anyone during my life...the only good thing I've got in my favour. I've also deeply loved people who hated me on sight for no apparent reason.
Hitler did have a guide and that guide was not useless. You also have a guide, everybody does. If you have DNA, you have a guide! Many people cannot see, feel or experience their guides but that does not mean they are not there.
@MagentaPixie2012 Well, as as I'm no good with this meditation thing, I erred on the side of the possibility that I could indeed have a guide and asked my guide to do something very simple to let me know they are there...like moving a paper receipt a few inches above the table it was on. If they did this, I said, I would believe in them. Well, I waited and waited and nothing happened. So either I haven't got a guide, or he or she doesn't care whether I believe in them or not.
In addition to my comment, I have heard this woman say nothing that I would disagree with, although I never do past life regression as the main event. It must happen on it's own, because there is healing to be done. Otherwise it becomes a parlour trick or something. I have done regressions on purpose when I know there is a life we are working with still and were not able to finish during one session due to fatigue.
About regression. I am a hypnotherapist and was not into past life regression. Many of my clients would regress to past lives, as this is where their subconscious mind or higher self knew healing could take place. I have since learned past life regression and how to deal with it as a counselor. It's extremely healing when you find the key memory that is hidden in a past life that is still causing issues now.
You could be a dog yes, but it is very unlikely you would draw this experience towards you looking from the perception that your soul's evolution is linear ( which in truth it is not ) from that perception if you wanted to be a dog then you will already have been one, that incarnation would be "in the past" you would not incarnate however as poop, is that what the Hindus believe then LOL? Not heard of that before!

Yes, I have also experienced full - on visions & memory whilst being fully conscious but it doesn't happen that way for everyone, so in this video I have provided tips to activate them. Meditation & hypnosis can be an excellent tools for this, each person is different.
I've tried past life regression twice and the second time it showed me as an indian man in 1612 in plymouth hunting then as a woman in 1812 seeing my husband get shot....I wasn't sure where I was I had a feeling somewhere in the plains. I found it strange it kept bring me to a 12 ending number?
These decisions are made in heaven. I think we are born both male and female, or unisex. We develop a preference for one or the other depending on our personality and what feels right. Once in a while we may choose the opposite gender because it is just one more way of looking at things.
I think the purpose is to see life from as many angles as it takes in order to finally understand what it's like to love everyone and everything unconditionally.
Some people can and some people can't. I think that we are all "old souls", as in we have been coming down here over and over and over again. The ones who are young souls are the ones that are fighting, hating, killing, judging, etc. while the ones considered old souls are the ones who love everyone and everything. Just my opinion. We will all be "old souls" eventually.
yes - it is quite possible to choose your gender. You can do this BEFORE you die and concentrate on the incarnating into opposite gender as you die - see my earlier videos on reincarnation especially the part abour conscious death to birth transfer
Like the other poster said, it is possible to be guy or girl but in heaven it doesn't sound like such a bad idea because we are unisex by nature. Although I think after a while we tend to prefer one over the other as best fits out personality. All my lives I can remember have been as a guy although I know I've had at least one as a girl.

I have memories but I know for a fact they have never happened to me. For example, I had to write about a time I was frightened ant I remebered being very young and getting lost in the woods. I was gone for two hours and I fell asleep onlly to wake up and see my parents standing over me. I couldn't remember what they looked like. I've also have various dreams about the woods and forests. I am sorry but some of the earlier comments I have read are disturbing, most epecially those indicating that reincarnation as an animal or lower life form is possible (which I find completely counterintuitive to any reality of soul "progression/ ascension/ evolution" and in fact indicative of possible devolution. Also, the notion that multiple individuals (up to how many?) can share one soul. The notion of the "self" in even an immaterial sense becomes invalid. Can someone please clarify?

@cunnidvd The best evidence that I have seen for reincarnation is in the anecdotes of memories of past lives, dreams, (hallucinatios) etc.
All of which is very WEAK evidence at best for the brain can be fallable at many times. I have never seen any documented case of a 'soul' parting from a body then inhabiting a different body... no evidence at all for that kind of bizarre phenomenon... x.x

I have many waking memories of a past life in the holocaust. It started as nightmares, and began to happen while I was awake. @PSUBOUNDLESS things and issues in common with each other. there are people above and below anyone, this world is full of tests and challenges. Look at your own birth family to be really sure of where you stand. Those issues between siblings always relate to things you need to be working on. In my past life I was a bible thumper and my whole family annoys me with the thumping no matter what, they thump and thump and thump and I have to put up with it and I'm plowing through loving them anyway.

@EmoStyleMystyle What happens when someone is in a crowded place with thousands of other people. If their spirit guide is with them, then everyone else's spirit guide is with them, too. So there are thousands of spirit guides there. How do they get on? Do they chat to each other or ignore each other or what? Also, it's an uncomforting thought that some Peeping Tom spirit guide whom you don't know may be watching you during your most intimate moments when you believe you are completely alone.

@EmoStyleMystyle You'll have to ask someone who knows more than I do about what a spirit guide is. But yes, I suppose you could say that they are like a spirit or ghost, the exception being that, unlike a ghost, they never materialise (at least not to me), even if you ask them to. As for who you were in your past life, well a good way of thinking about it as that you were the same person you are now, but with a different appearence; name and living in entirely different circumstances.

advisable to learn about psychic protection before you do any spiritual work, but generally you will have positive experiences.. spirit guides are beings who have agreed to remain in spirit but be around u to offer you protection and subtle advice, they can change according to what lessons you need to learn... u also have angels around u,, there is nothing to fear, they have your best interests at heart.. they can influence your thoughts and show you signs and symbols when you ask for help.. ..

perhaps you havent picked the methods of guidance or protection up, they would not be instant or obvious...you must learn to recognize how these beings work.. and it helps greatly when u are in a frequency of love, gratitude and peace.. they place the feather across your path, they prompt u to look at a clock when it is 4.44, they tell u to go in a diff direction to avoid trouble, they guide u to the right book, tv prog, person, food, they show u through nature, animals, people all the time.,

@SovereignBeing The question here is, what lessons have I still to learn at the age of 63? The two lessons I've learned are ONE: It hurts to love and not to be loved in return and TWO: To trust absolutely no one one but myself. I can be trusted. God can't be trusted; angels can't be trusted; spirit guides can't be trusted. I'm the one one whom I can trust. Having learned these important lessons, will somebody please tell me what the hell I'm still doing here in this stinking world?

Well i'm sorry you feel like this.. you are clearly still in state of separation, once you have healed yourself and beliefs around trust, u will be united with God again..
if u begin to trust yourself, you will gain trust in others and more importantly in God...u r worthy of that.
i'm sure you will be in a more appreciative state of mind.. also if u give gratitude for what u do have, rather than what you dont, u will be gifted with more positive experiences.. instead of creating more 'lack'.

@SovereignBeing Yes, I will accept the "state of separation" bit. Any trust I once had in anyone but myself has long since been destroyed by my experiences in this life. It's something that will be almost impossible to bring back. Yes, I am grateful for the material things I have in life, but there is no substitute for the companionship; friendship & love of another human being that for some reason, I am not allowed to have in my life this time around and therefore, must learn how to be alone.

I have abosolutly NO idea what you guys are talking about but I'd like to know more.Are we talking about religion,magic?Is Jesus involved in this?(I'm Christian but I'm not typical in that I'm open to different ideas of "the truth".) CONTINUES... This thought is very sad, I'd like to feel this change inside me and I'd like to get this happiness of knowing that this is real. I'm afraid, as I've read over here, that it is all a matter of personal belief and opinion. I do totally agree. In the other hand I'd like to link with my real self, if true, and all belongings I carry from past lives to understand what do I have to learn, to know myself better or just to know 100% what I have to know.

The problem with all this is that it is all a matter of personal belief and opinion. There is no proof that any of it is true. How, for instance, can you prove to someone that they have a spirit guide when all that person's attempts to contact their spirit guide has ended in failure? Regarding reincarnation, there are remarkable examples in the accounts of Cameron Macauley and Jenny Cockell that prove reincarnation happened for them, but it doesn't mean it happens for everybody.

Regarding guides. When I was 6 years old in 1953, I was hit by a speeding car while crossing the road. The impact knocked me several feet into the air and I landed with a thud in the middle of the road. People rushed to me expecting me to be dead. But remarkably, I wasn't injured in any way, just in shock. "A miracle!", they said. "Someone must have been watching over you that day." My spirit guide making sure I didn't go just yet...or just pure good fortune? We'll probably never know.

No this is not correct. Your soul can still continue along it's evolutionary line & incarnate again but certain lessons are learnt first regarding the lifetime in which you committed suicide. One interesting point regarding suicide is that nothing is ended except the life of the physical body. All emotions, pain, memories etc carry on.

I could never get the hang of meditation...well, not everyone can. And as for asking my guides to show me a vision of a past life, that's not possible, as I have no guides. Not everybody does have one. That's why there there are such things as earthbound spirits (ghosts, for want of a better word), because when the person dies, there's no spirit guide there to help them into the light. I've always felt completely alone and I'm sure I'd sense it if I did have a guide.

Although I am nearly 63, I have always felt that I was no older than about 12 years and someone who claims to far know more about reincarnation than I do told me this is because in all my previous lives (none of which I can remember), I had died as a child, somewhere between the ages of seven and twelve years and that this is the first life I've had where I've grown physically to adulthood and this is the reason I've had so much trouble adjusting to this new state of being I find myself in.

Everyone has guide(s). It doesn't matter how alone we feel, they are there and they don't get tired or take breaks. It would be impossible to come to earth without them. When people die and are too attached to earth, their guide is right there but they are too caught up in their illusions to see them. Read Paul Elder's book; Eyes of an Angel.

@jarkody If everyone has a guide, that means that even Hitler had a guide and, if so, his guide couldn't guide him to do anything right. All Hitler's actions were negative and he did a lot of damage to millions. So either he had a guide who was useless, or he didn't have a guide at all. Well, I don't have a guide, either. But at least I've not harmed anyone during my life...the only good thing I've got in my favour. I've also deeply loved people who hated me on sight for no apparent reason.

Hitler did have a guide and that guide was not useless. You also have a guide, everybody does. If you have DNA, you have a guide! Many people cannot see, feel or experience their guides but that does not mean they are not there.

@MagentaPixie2012 Well, as as I'm no good with this meditation thing, I erred on the side of the possibility that I could indeed have a guide and asked my guide to do something very simple to let me know they are there...like moving a paper receipt a few inches above the table it was on. If they did this, I said, I would believe in them. Well, I waited and waited and nothing happened. So either I haven't got a guide, or he or she doesn't care whether I believe in them or not.

In addition to my comment, I have heard this woman say nothing that I would disagree with, although I never do past life regression as the main event. It must happen on it's own, because there is healing to be done. Otherwise it becomes a parlour trick or something. I have done regressions on purpose when I know there is a life we are working with still and were not able to finish during one session due to fatigue.

About regression. I am a hypnotherapist and was not into past life regression. Many of my clients would regress to past lives, as this is where their subconscious mind or higher self knew healing could take place. I have since learned past life regression and how to deal with it as a counselor. It's extremely healing when you find the key memory that is hidden in a past life that is still causing issues now.

You could be a dog yes, but it is very unlikely you would draw this experience towards you looking from the perception that your soul's evolution is linear ( which in truth it is not ) from that perception if you wanted to be a dog then you will already have been one, that incarnation would be "in the past" you would not incarnate however as poop, is that what the Hindus believe then LOL? Not heard of that before!

I don't need hypnosis for past life memories as I have experienced quite alot of them, whilst being in completely conscious :)
Meditation has it's limits as I have tried it and was only shown something that I had already been aware of from remembering the vision previously :)

Yes, I have also experienced full - on visions & memory whilst being fully conscious but it doesn't happen that way for everyone, so in this video I have provided tips to activate them. Meditation & hypnosis can be an excellent tools for this, each person is different.

I've tried past life regression twice and the second time it showed me as an indian man in 1612 in plymouth hunting then as a woman in 1812 seeing my husband get shot....I wasn't sure where I was I had a feeling somewhere in the plains. I found it strange it kept bring me to a 12 ending number?

These decisions are made in heaven. I think we are born both male and female, or unisex. We develop a preference for one or the other depending on our personality and what feels right. Once in a while we may choose the opposite gender because it is just one more way of looking at things.
I think the purpose is to see life from as many angles as it takes in order to finally understand what it's like to love everyone and everything unconditionally.

Some people can and some people can't. I think that we are all "old souls", as in we have been coming down here over and over and over again. The ones who are young souls are the ones that are fighting, hating, killing, judging, etc. while the ones considered old souls are the ones who love everyone and everything. Just my opinion. We will all be "old souls" eventually.

yes - it is quite possible to choose your gender. You can do this BEFORE you die and concentrate on the incarnating into opposite gender as you die - see my earlier videos on reincarnation especially the part abour conscious death to birth transfer

Like the other poster said, it is possible to be guy or girl but in heaven it doesn't sound like such a bad idea because we are unisex by nature. Although I think after a while we tend to prefer one over the other as best fits out personality. All my lives I can remember have been as a guy although I know I've had at least one as a girl.

Your eyes and facial expressions remain the same lifetime after lifetime. Also habits carry over, such as the way we walk, hand gestures, and body posture. Our soul personality is also the same, although it can be masked depending on what kind of human body we are in.
