Ab Circles, they're fun (and ease you in nicely. Both sets of squats burn the quads, but they're getting easier (or at least slightly more bearable). Leaning Ab Crunch and the chair move are also fun, if tricky because of balance. Don't the like the standing ab twists though, my arms really don't agree with hold a weight at arms

Thanks so much for this combo for abs Ahmad. I did this 5 times straight, no break. 10lb db for all moves used, except for abs swing thru and seated twists, used 20lb kettlebell. Very effective workout and very "user friendly" . Worked up a nice sweat too.

Yes that will do the job...especially in a cardio type of way...watch :) Hoped you would like it...instead of the squatting just do the military press with a twist to each side...alternate...as if you were pressing to each corner of your room...the whole workout can be done seated...~ahmad

Yes using the legs like this will create the right blood chemistry for burning fat long after you have stopped the workout...the key is to psh yourself safely into your own personal zone...push just a little further each time you do this workout...~ahmad

Thanks for this video because I have been working on my abs,glutes,and legs alot more along with cardio.I have lost three pounds and I have yet to check the inches lost..I need to get a ball to workout my core more and glues and a weight ball.

Day 3: I'm in pain. My arms and quads are burning like crazy. BUT it was definitely slightly easier today, wasn't totally unbearable until rep 4.
Don't think Mr Burns plans on leaving just yet though - off to hit the Wii Jog :(
