Sorry to sulk but in my opinion this building has abseloubtly nothing interesting about it. Its a cuboid- coloured grey/ blue. I mean if it had flashing lights at night or... i dunno... maybe a slanted roof or just SOMETHING to make it look different.
It's got to a point now where anything unique would just look out of place in Canary Wharf.
Gotta say though- Pan Peninsula was a good build- sorta manhatton looking.
Of corse there... they could approach the airport (probably safely) from any direction over the Isle of Dogs... why they have to fly exactly over CW I dont know...
Riverside south isnt going to be taller than Canada Sq... plus th City has two buildings exceeding 900ft (where planes dotn fly so low or close to)
The whole canary wharf area ia looking very exciting, I just believe there could be taller buildings the world would notice... taller towers would also allow for more open spaces!
Do you know anything about City Pride? River Place? or that building that was cancelled, I for get the name! :S
I know what you mean, we already have Heathrow Airport, busiest in the UK, and London, why do we have to have London City Airport? It affects the City of London too, (where the Gherkin is). So there's a limit there too. Grrr. -_-
Ah . . . London, my Beloved. The area around Canary Wharf is becoming very exciting. I hope to move in to one of the residential towers one day. Watching videos like this helps me visualise it. Thanks for sharing.
God. Leaning over the side of those buildings scares the shit out of me and I'm sitting on the floor in my living room.

There are plenty of East/West routes that dont stint the growth of Londons main business district.
