I still cant believe it. October 2009. I got the blackberry curve 8330. The biggest mistake of my life. My life would have ROCKED if I waited like a week to get this phone but back then it wasnt BIG LEAKED NEWS like it is now. *sigh* I really dont feel like moving forward until theres a super amoled slider with a trackpad and blue highlighted keys over black and a small formfactor. Looks like phones are only coming out with stupid 4.3 inches now tho...

This phone has sooooooooo many problems- for example, the radio firmware crashes for no reason, preventing use of the phone as a... phone until rebooted, the OS crashes more frequently than I'd like, to name a few. It appears that HTC at least puts their devices to trial before releasing them, unlike Samsung, who releases theirs [or at least this one] with an alpha OS/ firmware build...

The only thing I miss about this phone is the physical keyboard & the fact that it is easy to install custom ROMS once it's rooted. Other than those, this phone completely sucked. It sucked soo bad that they stopped making it and replaced it with the Intercept & Transform. This phone never officially got Live Wallpapers, when it did through rooting it sucked, and was not capable of multi-touch. Also for having a 800Mhz processor compared to the Hero's 526Mhz, the Hero can do things this cannot.

I got this phone about a month ago and I still brag about it. Everything is good but the battery life. It runs out of battery in about 10 hours. Overall this phone is worth having to pay for a data service. I use that quite a bit too.

@SlipknotFanboyz moment it runs alot better and the keyboard makes it ALOT better in the sense of text input obviously. if you want the hero for the sense DONT DO IT you can get beatuiful widgets for 2 dollars and its pretty much the same. if you want your phone to look like froyo you can get launcher pro or even adw.launcher (adw is kinda faster) but really moment>hero.

this phone is so underrated. as an android device (with 1.5) it falls short, but as a smart phone in general it's amazing. and, with 2.1 now it will have an overall better user experience with multi-touch, speech to text, live wallpapers, etc. its a good balanced phone with the 800 mhz processor, optical trackpad, hardware keyboard, and capacitive buttons. i think that with beautiful widgets and all of that its more than worthy competition to the htc hero

totally go for moment, the pixi has a really small keyboard, and the pre's is pretty small too.  The moment also has the larger screen, and android is the best OS out there. Hope that helped

Everything Data plans are set up to be priced depending on the amount of minutes and all the data and everything else is included.
