mmm, sorry but that move would not really work because a knife attack an aggressive and fast repeated motion that would would never give a person the ability go grave their hand. i would advice a repeated kick to the stomach or chest to keep the person away, or a rush in for the knife maneuver to disarm the suspect as fast as passible. krav maga has very good knife defense tactics.

they listen when you apply leverage to the shoulder the lock will damage the shoulder.
