i would say aron cause when it fully evolves into an aggoron teach it blizzard, fireblast, thunder and iron tail, you can get iron tail in the fallorbar town after you get and can use the hm08 watterfall.

Hey Skarm, I gotta ask, why don't you use the tm's you get? There'a alot of good moves you can teach your pokemon like overheat for...overheat haha of thunder shock for spark, etc.
