  • My dentist poked my lip and caused one D:

  • @nutnbuteveryting22 I understand completely. As dentists working with small tools inside the mouth this can happen on occasion, even despite our best efforts to avoid it. Obviously this happens much less often with more experienced dentists. I hope it heals quickly for you.

  • ok so this is all mundane, sorry. the real cause and cure is in my channel titled "the cause and cure of canker sores". it is a lack of the hormone ghrelin from over-eating.

  • @PrivationProductions Is this true what you are saying? I dont over eat and I am in great shape. I still suffer from them badly

  • @35mnbv well i thought the same thing. Watch my video for the details. Yes, it is true. We have a sensitivity to over-eating, meaning we do not produce a normal amount of ghrelin. Ghrelin is what you're body produces when it wants to eat, making you hungry, and also strengthening your stomach/mouth tissue. You simply aren't getting hungry enough throughout your day/week. Stay at or under 2000 calories a day. After a while, your body will maintain a healthy amount of ghrelin, and youll be cured
