Phil entered the seen at the end of the 80's to round out their more "brutal assault" direction they were taking in their music. My guess is that he is excluding Vinnie, being that Big Vin probably harbors negative feelings towards Phil and most likely still refuses to make amends with phil despite his attempts. I can't blame vinnie. Phil single handedly brought down Pantera.
