If you listen to Circuit in the show and listen to him in the game, the voices don't sound anything alike.

The only time it actually sounds like Circuit is when he's warning Wes to watch those boulders at 4:16.

If this game is on the PS1, then how did you use a screen capture?

@laytonlover258 You connect one end of the capture device to the PS2 composite (RCA) cable (which is connected to the back of the console) the other end is connected into the usb port of a PC.

Open up the software (installed from a disc) & 'capture'.

@yugioh1443 I could do a walkthrough, but atm I'm trying to upload as many of my PS1 games as I can.

I have so many more I need to play, record & save - which takes roughly 30-90 minutes per game, then roughly 90-600 minutes to upload depending on the length/internet.

Are you sure you really want commentry lol I thought most people hated that?

This seems to be a popular video so I'll see what I can do in the future in regards to a walkthrough.
