I believe most of the dislikes actually come from people who were blocked. YouTube allows blocked users to rate videos, and DSP has blocked a lot of commenters in his time. I assume most of the dislikes come from kids too. YouTube should track when user(s) are systematically disliking a channel's videos, and bar them from rating (via their IP or whatever).

I finished watching the lets play and zomfg ofcourse I was right :P mwuahaha I feel smart but then again it was really easy :)

I hope DSP keeps making these video's, they are a real change of his normal lets plays and I have enjoyed it thoroughly so far

@Musashi796 They're people who can generally not like the video, like people who doesn't like the Game itself or the Voice Acting or they were looking for a master walkthrough and etc. Even though not watching the video is a possible solution, they tend to show opinion through the Like/Dislike button. Or they can be trolls who just do it for fun. Either way, I don't think the dislike button should matter to anyone since it counts as a view so DSP gets paid like everyone says

@FatalFist not really, look at yogscast. They are the most subbed gaming channel on youtube, yet thay have essentially no haters whatsoever. There is a reason why people dislike phil and I have just proven it isn't because of his success.

@TheMrdannyharrington No. Although success is a major factor, you get noticed more. But this is the net where trolls thrive. They do it simply because they think it's funny or entertaining. Simple as that. It's no organized group setting out specifically with the intention of making phil fail or any other bogus ideas of that sort. Some people can't help themselves but watch someone they dislike and their only excuse is to thumb it down and spew hatred in a video they don't care about.

@FatalFist think about the percentage of "haters" phil has compared to other youtube gamers. He has a lot and always has compared to the amount of people watching. Yogscast may have a lot of haters, but considering they get about 1 million views per vid, they have very little percentage of haters. They may have more haters than phil, however, that is because they are a lot more successful.
