The writers worked really hard to make the characters this stupid. I honestly think you need to see all six episodes a couple of times to really understand the story arc, to realise it's not just a bunch of stupidly amusing catchphrases and questionable lifestyle/fashion choices.

@bombaymatt Lol I totally forgot about this, it was a year ago, I have since watched more Nathan Barley and fallen in love with it. Not as much as the Mighty Boosh, but I love everyone in the group of actors who are all in the group of shows of The IT Crowd, The Mighty Boosh, Nathan Barley, Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, etc. If only Julian would get on IT Crowd, it would be a complete circle!
