Wow there are a lot of Best Buy haters out there. So I work at a Best Buy. And I'm a little irritated that some of you think that Best Buy employees know crap. In case you haven't heard or read about it (which I'm taking a guess none of you read the news), Best Buy is the only company in retail come September to have all it's employees certified with basic to advanced knowledge in their department. No other company does that. So what if we don't know everything. We're not gods.

i've worked at 2 walmart stores, and in both you might have 1 or 2 people in the electronics dept. who either know something about electronics or WANT to learn so they can help the customers better. the rest, including the dept. managers, couldn't have cared less. one actually told a man he could play a dvd in his car's cd player. my hat goes off to the ones who are actually knowledgable and who try to learn, but why can't wal-mart put people in dept. like these that need knowledgable people??

I think Rachel is cute(that's why I'm here looking at this clip). I have work at Walmart a couple times. I have over 10 years experience selling electronics, but can't get into the electronics dept. They moved a lady to electronics that couldn't turn on a vcr, and put me in lawn and garden when I couldn't tell the difference between a dandalion and a lilly. So I think her statment is very accurate.

I think this is the most ironic of all the best buy commercials since 50% of our customers are not "best buyers for life".

They have horrible customer service and know absolutely nothing when it comes to computers.

These commercials are however semi-useful to the 75% of America that doesn't know how to learn anything on their own.
