FUN AND GREAT VIDEO! It brings me back to one of the most wonderful experiences in my life, visiting Miyakojima and Kurima in April 2010 for the Strongman All-Japan Triathlon. The race and its organization were PERFECT, but even more important were the people, schools, environment, healthy air, food, culture, and 110% fulfilling, enriching, life-changing experience I had because Miyakojima shared itself with me. biking has not much to do with strength. It is much more indurence. I'm disrespecting this i am just saying that this is not strongman. If you type strongman in the search on youtube, you will understand what I mean.
... so what is your definition of Strongman? I guess (when I look on your Account) something different, than a Endurance race;-) Sorry, that is the Racetitel and I wouldn´t say athlets that do sport for a couple hours are stronger than athlets, that do it for secounds. But it is a different point of view.

Strongman Japan is the Official name of the long distance "Ironman" triathlon championship in Japan.
They just didn't want to name it "Ironman Triathlon" because that's originated from Hawaii (USA)...

i dont know why you say we do it for seconds. We train
for hours and hours for competitions and the competitions are long.. 4-5 hours!
