@thedukeboxx the advantage that Sealand has over your house is that when it was created it resided outside of British territorial waters, which your house (this is speculation) is not, or it's not outside of the borders of whatever country you're in now, so you would probably declare war on that country. Just sayin'

Currently Sealand is inside British territorial waters because Britain decided it would expand its borders from 3 miles off the coast to 12 miles off the coast. That's nasty :P
