The obtuse delivery of the sub-moronic narrator is only equalled in irritation factor by Keith Allen's remarkable ability to repeat back what he has heard to a pretend audience in some awful parody of a British game show. Other than those two gripes, this is a good documentary about a unique and ground breaking band of musicians.
if you check IMDB, you will find she is english and not american. the way she pronounced warsaw is a give-away. americans would say "war-saw", not "wor-sor"
there is no way that her style of narrative is not that way for an intended purpose, they are just not that arrogant or stupid not to realise it's awful. I think it's a piss-take, with her being deliberately elaborate, pompous and pretentious
