That's Cozy on drums and Bobby Tench on vocals (later contributed guitar/vocals with Chapman/Whitney in the Streetwalkers - a post-Family band worth checking out if you haven't heard them). Piano is the late great Tony Ashton (Ashton,Gardener, Dyke, Family and Paice, Ashton & Lord). I love this but I agree with other posts - Nazareth nailed this song and made it their own. Sometimes less is more!

Don't get me wrong--Billy Cobham IS a genius, and James Brown's drum alum were all fucking amazingly great drummers (ditto Frank Zappa's stickmen) but rock drumming's different--neither better nor worse, but its own style with its own agenda and purpose--and the TechniqueMeisters do not and will not ever get that. And even when they seem to, they typically have no guts, no soul and nothing to say (V Colaiuta in any 4/4 blues or rock setting, for example). Rant over.
