There's a great Eiffel tower in a book called "Great Buildings of the World A Pop-Up History" , Designed by David Smith, first published by Purnell in 1984 and later by Crocodile in 1987. It comes up on ebay fairly regularly.

The music is a remix of either Vivaldi or Pachelbel...I know the music by heart but the title and composer escapes me.
